Existing energy consumption standards for LED lamps are going to expire on 30th June, 2020. The new energy consumption standards for the product will be effective from 1st July, 2020. Existing products would need to go through the degradation process by getting label change approved or fresh applications have to be made demonstrating compliance of the product to retched up standards
